FH refused to get married in June or later (too hot for him), I refused to get married in April or earlier (too cold for me) and we didn't want to wait until the fall cause for the love of god it's been long enough! that left may. we didn't' want memorial day weekend, one of my college roommates is getting married the 22nd, didn't want mothers day wknd, and the first weekend was just too close to april for my goosebumpy arms. that left the weekend of 5/15. we wanted a saturday and... voila. there you have it.

Because of DH's schedule's with his second job and racing (hobby) we had to have the wedding between Jan-March. I really wanted a NYE wedding, but being that most halls have their own parties that day it would have cost too much, so I picked the 2nd which is my favorite Aunt's wedding date. On our wedding date, her and my uncle celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary so we did a surprise little thing for them during the reception for letting us use their date

I originally had an April date, coz I thought it would save me some money. But I was always longing for a summer wedding date, so when I found out that I could have a summer wedding in June on a Sunday night for around the same price as the April date, I quickly changed my date.

We originally wanted to get married in September/October 2009, but the only Saturday night any of the halls we liked had available was Halloween. So we nixed that idea. Once it was decided we'd wait until 2010, we knew it had to be late spring/early summer because we both hate the cold.

well the spring/summer was out for us since its fh's busy season so he coukldnt go on hm then
so we decided nov 7th b/c nov 6 = fh bday nov 7 = wedding anniversayr nov 8 = fh's name day
now he has no excuse to ever forget lol

I had said before we were engaged that maybe an October wedding would be nice. When we decided on October and we had to put a date in on all these things (my drunken Pampered Chef registry, LIW, some websites I was trying out), I just put the 2nd bc it was the first Saturday. And then I fell in love with it... 10/02/10
(even though FH wanted 10/10/10 bc it is binary!!! it was just way too late and already booked pretty much everywhere!!)

Wanted a date in warm weather. Most of Aug/ early Sept was out, since Ramadan falls during that time. I needed even numbers since I'm weird like that. Sunday was more affordable. Father's Day Sunday even more affordable. And so it became 6/20/2010.

whenever I look at a clock it says 321 the number follows me a lot. It is also first day of spring and a new moon phase this year.
when they mentioned they had that and 28th free, Fh just looked at me. He knew what I would say lol
We also had to get married at certain times of year b/c of FH's job. It had to be nov-march.

i really wanted to get married 9/09 but fh took to long to propose so when he did i wanted 12/09 but he wasnt going for it

i wanted April 10th because thats our 7 year anniversary....but then we decided to do a friday night....since April 9th had no significance we decided to do it later in the month when it was possible for it to be a little warmer but still wanted April. so we took the last friday in april
