We booked it one week after we got engaged, so it was 11 months before the wedding.

By your wedding date, I think you have time. We booked in Feb. 07 for Feb. 08.

We booked 14 months in advance, and when we did, there were only two May-September dates left already!

We got engagd in october and I was like lets enjoy this and wait until after the holidays to start looking at RH's being that we had so much holiday shopping to do and we didnt have much spare time. We went to A LOT of places and the RH that we booked with had NO SATURDAY NIGHTS LEFT IN OCTOBER 08 Being that we really didnt want to change the month we went for the Sunday.....here I was thinking that I was ahead of the game and had so much time ..................NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We booked Jan 26th A few months shy of 2 years before our wedding

We booked about 20 months before... if you are getting married during a popular season, you need to book soon, OR, you have to be flexible with dates... in January of 07 there weren't too many dates left for September of '08

I booked about a month after being engaged - but I knew all along which RH I wanted so I didn't see the point in waiting!

I just booked the past weekend for a July 08 wedding..there weren't many dates left, but its a popular RH and a busy season. You probably still have time, but if you know where you want it, sooner is better than latter!
