Who is walking you down the aisle?

I plan on having both my grandpa and step-dad walk me down. I'm not in contact with my father anymore, and my step-dad has been a better father than he ever was. And my grandpa has obviously known me since birth, so I thought it would be special to have him.

How did you ladies ask people to walk you down the aisle? Especially if they're not your dad and it's not expected?

Just my dad... was considering mom also becasue I am an only child. But my mom and I agreed that we will go the old school route!

My daddy, he is so proud to be doing it that I would never take it away from him. He is so happy about it. lol

I'm an only child and am VERY close to both mom and dad, so both are walking me down the aisle, we're so excited!!!

I am not close with my father and my grandfather passed away before he had the chance to walk me down the aisle. I asked my 22 year old brother.

My Father passed away in 05 so I was up in the air as to have my Mom or my older brother. Sure enough, my Mom seems more interrested in being escorted to the front by one of the ushers, and my brother reeealy wants to walk me down...so my brother it is.
