YOU'LL NEVER BELIEVE THIS - UPDATED WITH THE EMAIL!!!!!!!

Hey girls!! As you may or may not remember a week ago, I posted a message about FH's aunt asking us to RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING b/c her son is GRADUATING highschool on the same day!!! Well, if that isn't bad enough.... here's the update......
FH's aunt emailed FMIL and 'went off' on her saying that she's mad at FMIL and FH because they won't RESCHEDULE our wedding!!! Is she serious???? I'm at a lose for words!!! I am waiting for FMIL to forward the email to me, and I will update you all as to what exactly was said.... Unreal!

Michael because he is a teacher... and he has to coach in August and East Wind is not available any other time that is 'convenient' for them..... Frankies graduation is Sat. 9 a.m. I should then go run from the graduation around noon home to shower and get ready to run to the church in Smithtown around 2 p.m. go to the reception in the evening??? .... Frankie already told me he doesn't want to have his graduation party the weekend before....I'm disgusted REALLY!!! I made Dawn cry (sorry for that)...it's not directed at her.....it's directed at you and everyone else for not thinking...Michael included....we
now have to accommodate everyone else and you want me to share in their joy when you just messed up Frankie's moment???

That is crazy, what is wrong with this woman?
DOes she have any idea what goes on in planning a wedding?
Someone needs to sit down and have a serious talk with her. She needs to understand you have booked many vendors and given deposits and cannot change the date. If I was her kid and knew she was doing this I would be totally embarrased.

I wish I was!! FH just told me she had the nerve to write to my FMIL and tell her she was mad!!!

I would be in a tizzy about that...

Maybe you should tell her that you'll reschedule the wedding if she reimburses you for all of the deposits that you're going to lose in the process!!!!

Tell her to reschedule her son's graduation!!! If she can't deal with the date, then don't come!!!

OMG this seriously seems fake. She is a nutjob. It's a high school graduation for crying out loud...the kid is in HS, is it a HUGE deal? He's SUPPOSED to graduate! He doesn't want the party the week before; what about the week after or whenever the heck they feel like it?! It's a HS party - so doesn't compare to a wedding...it's not college...OK I could go on and on...I'm sorry, she's beyond a lunatic!

This woman sounds like she must be having issues. I mean seriously- I could understand if they were BROTHERS and the SAME MOM AND DAD had to go to a graduation that day.

If she were the mother of both of these guys, I could understand her saying 'wow. Both of my sons are having a special day- on the SAME day. But, she's not.

How DARE SHE try to get someone to plan their wedding around her son...and on top of THAT, she expects an APOLOGY? She should be apologizing to your DH and his mom (her sister)

It sounds like she is seriously jealous. Has she always been that way?

I'm sorry to sound harsh, but someone needs to introduce this woman to reality. The earth revolves around the sun- not her!

ETA: I just read that email to my DH (I have the Mother in Law from hell, just so you know- a woman who wanted everyone to be surprised when SHE walked down the aisle in a white gown with train on OUR wedding day, and refered to herself as 'queen for a day'). He was hysterically laughing- and we both agree that even my piece of work mother in law would NEVER DARE pull that crap on someone!

and another thing! Why don't you have your FH call her and say, 'you're right- I wasn't thinking- I can't believe I forgot to call Frankie's High School and remind them to reschedule since my wedding is that day'
