ETA: We chose the beginning of Oct. because it's not too hot and definitely not too cold. I personally love the colors of the fall, they're so bold and they photograph so well. My parents wedding anniversary is 2 days before on the 1st. Also, we originally wanted Sept. 26, but when we went to book CLM, they told us it would be cheaper per person if we moved it back to Oct., so we pushed it back one week.

We wanted a summer wedding. And I love July. And my mothers b-day is 7/7 so it was close enough. First we wanted June, But there was so much happening in june so we went with July!

We originally picked June 27th b/c my b-day is Dec. 27th and fh b-day is Sept. 27, so 27 is our lucky #, but fh's cousin in Maryland booked the day after so we had to change ours to July, 11, which was the next available Friday. So now we have 7-11, I like it.

we wanted the middle of April ..bu FSIL will be in her last year of college and she has finals and grad so we moved it to may, we chose the last week b/c all of her school stuff will be over

Winter is too cold for me...
Summer is too hot, I felt bad for the guys having to wear tux's...
Fall we have a gazillion bdays...
Spring is great weather...and April showers bring May flowers so that's how we got May...And I liked the number 17

I always wanted a Fall wedding...not too hot, but not cold yet. Also I always knew I wanted wine/cranberry for my colors, and I fugured September would be a nice month. Also it is away from our b-days (Jan and May), so it gives us time to really celebrate just us.
We 1st started dating in Jan....and then every year after that was x-mas, his b-day and then our anniversary a few days later. It was a lot. I also wanted to the wedding to be spread out from all that.

We wanted to do it as quickly as possible and my FH's family has to fly in and the flights are cheapest then.
EVERYTHING IS CHEAP IN FEB!
another reason why i chose feb..its soo cheap to fly..being that 80% of our guests are OOT

we picked oct 12, 2008 because it is a holiday weekend. we have a very small family and the sat night minimum amount of guests was too many. but, I didn't want a sunday wedding where no one would have a good time because they have to be to work on monday morning. so, i figured a sunday on a holiday weekend would be perfect because most of our guests will have off on monday and we will all be able to drink, have a good time and not have to worry about waking up early

because our RH was the same price March through May and I figured why not pick the last possible Friday night within that time frame because it will be warmer.

I used to want a fall wedding, then I started dating a soccer coach. Since my FH does soccer camps in the summer and has his teams playing in the fall and early spring, we decided on the beginning of June - only time in warm weather when I know he's free. Its early June so we have enough time to honeymoon before his soccer camps began! Plus the date is 6/7/08 - a date he won't be able to forget!

We got engaged in December. FSIL is getting married in November, so it had to be after her, but I didn't want to wait until summer. I thought late March was perfect b/c it was past blizzard season, and I still got a great price on my hall.

our 7 year anniversary is .07.01.08. which is a Tuesday.
so we decided to have the wedding the Friday before so that we will be on our anniversary for our honeymoon.
and we will get to celebrate both dates in one trip possibly each year.
we will be on our HM for our dating anniversary too!

JUNE 1 2008: My FH and I always wanted a June wedding. We were both born in that month and we liked the thought of that. June is nice, not too too hot and not too too cold. Birds are chirping, flowers are blooming or have bloomed, lolol. June is the most expenisve time to get married but whatever, your wedding only comes once

I always wanted an April wedding and for some reason, I am not sure, but in high school I decided I wanted to get married on April 26. I didn't think it would happen. I figured by the time I would get married April 26th would be on like a Tuesday or Wednesday. I so happy it is on a Saturday.

Aug 1 will make it our 10 year anniversary. WOW! Next year Aug 1 is on a fri n it is cheaper 2 have it on saturday morning so we decided to get married on a saturday
