This Holiday Inn is literally next door to the Chateau Briand catering hall. We celebrated our son's wedding there and it was so wonderful to not have to worry about hiring buses, etc. to transport our guests to a hotel. The convenience is like none other. The rooms are clean and up to date. The social sales manager (Rachael) was terrific, so flexible and helping us to manage several last minute changes without missing a beat. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area. Thanks to the staff for helping us to make a truly memorable weekend so enjoyable!

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The staff more than exceeded my expectations. Stephanie was wonderful through our whole wedding planning process and the girls at the front desk were fantastic! Very sweet and helpful. From accommodating us while we put together our welcome bags the day before check in to the time we checked out.

Thank you to everyone one from the front desk people to the housekeeping staff for an amazing stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful. My daughter left her wedding jewellery in the suite. We called the next day and housekeeping found it for the grooms dad to pick it up. Thank you again for all. You guys made all perfect !!!

I want to start off by thanking Rachael & Stephanie again for the tour of the hotel that they gave us, we appreciated it so much. Throughout our hotel looking experiences we found that their hospitality and hotel has the most respect and dignity towards their guests and that's something we value when looking for a place to stay not only for us but our loved ones. And we feel that our guests will be treated with love by their staff. The moment we walked in it felt like a family and that's what we want to incorporate while we entertain our guests. We couldn't pass up on the included shuttle bus when 9 other competitor hotels wanted us to pay out of pocket for our guests transportation to and from the venue, which I think is very tacky and unfair to ask. We are looking forward to giving the Holiday Inn Westbury our business and helping us get ready for our wedding.
