I just got back from UPS and it was not so good- i almost skidded into the gate at our office- i guess that makes me team hoffman! lol

one of my bosses said i should leave early today. he actually told em to leave an hour ago. But I dont think it is neccessary. ANd I work for 4 other people. LOL. So I cant just up and leave yet...

That might make two of us. I am going home for lunch and not coming back - my boss told me to stay home. I do have to go to Fed Ex first .. the only one I know of is on 110 - this should be fun. 110 s u c k ssssss the big one.

That's what I get for waiting until 5 days before Christmas to mail my IL's gifts.

ETA: Conceeding, Danielle, doesn't mean that the weathermen are always right with their storm watches. It just means they might be right THIS time.

Like someone mentioned before... it's like the boy who cried wolf. They had a storm watch out on Monday and we got 1 inch...

My DH is apparently not at all phased! He decided that now is a good time to go to Smith Haven mall and buy Christmas gifts for me Very intelligent!

if he has a good car he is smart lol, its the best time right before xmas since less ppl will be there.

I am real annoyed bc i CANT take the car out, when there is alot less snow than this, i slide ALL over the place, its real bad. Last year when it snowed, i made a slow turn and it still slid out of control.

Otherwise i would be out there too and dont mind driving in snow. Maybe if dh gets home early i can take his car

I heard that it's going to be the worst between 3 and 7

make sure you wear a sweater over your hokker outfit tonight. it's going to be chilly.

The roads are so bad out. Be careful for those that drive to work or if you have to drive anywhere.
