I'm down to 140 even. Ideally I don't want to dip any lower, but I do still want to tone out a lot before the wedding. My dress just came in last Friday, I can't wait to go try it on.
When I ordered it, I was a size 12 street, they ordered me a size 14.
Now, I'm a size 6 street. I'm terrified!
A little before & after action:![]()
12/12: 163lb
04/13: 148lb
05/13: 143lb
06/13: 141lb
07/13: 140lb
You look fantastic!
Agreed! You look fab!

I'm down a pound! I'm PMSing, so I'm going to have to wait a little while for a more accurate number. I hate the number fluctuations, plus I feel like I'm converting to muscle more now so the number isn't really changing. I feel phenomenal though!
What kind of diet and/or exercise are you doing? I've been avoiding this convo like the plague cause I have been barley working out lol![]()
I've been running at least 4 mornings a week, and I've only been eating clean. Diet was the most drastic change for me - when we got engaged, FH and I were ordering take-out 7 days a week. We would eat out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the weekends, and I felt disgusting. I know my number may not have seemed high, but it's really not just about weight. I didn't change my lifestyle to lose weight, I did it to feel good again.
Anytime I don't feel motivated to work out, I just remind myself that 15 minutes a day can make the difference. I don't have a requirement besides that, I need to be active for those 15 minutes. If I skip a day, I do 30 the next. I'm just trying to bring my body to it's healthiest point.
I've also stopped drinking coffee, Red Bull, and alcohol completely. The only things I drink are water or green tea.
As of today, I'm at 140 even, so the numbers haven't changed drastically in a while - however, my body feels completely different.
WAY TO GO!! You look fabulous!!!!!!

So I had mentioned that I had an unexplained weight gain & I thought it was attributed to a new BCP. I ended up going back to my old one & I have noticed much less bloat. I have been using the Lose It & My Fitness Pal app to track my food intake & I have been exercising a lot more too. I am happy to report I dropped 3.4 lbs since wednesday! We leave for Ocean City a week from today so I am trying my best to stay on track until then. I just have to get through a BBQ today. Hoping I don't give into temptations.

I was away with FH in Florida the past week. I ate we'll and managed to go to the gym everyday I was there. It made me wish that I had a gym where I lived! While I was there I finished C25K!!! I started it in April and finally got through it. I did it at my own pace. I was going back and forth between 2 and 2.5 miles for a few weeks and one day I just went for 3 miles and hit it! I skipped the 2.75 week in the program lol. I never ran before this so if I can do it anyone can!

You look amazing congrats! I so hear you on the feeling better when I slip up on eating or don't exercise I feel it. I hate working out but I feel amazing after I actual do it. I need to go home and do my run. I am working on it I have been working on it since October and I guess cause my age and my body it's been really slow I have lost 15lbs I am hoping to be at least at the 20lbs mark by October (hopefully more like 25-30lb). Keep up the work you will tone up :)

CONGRATS!!!!! I can't tell you how many times I started c25k and something happens it gets me off track and then I have to restart again. I just finished week 1 again for the 500th time. I am determine to finish it though. Before the wedding I will complete c25k. Keep up the amazing work, and kudos to you for keeping up while you were on vacation that is awesome!

Go you! Isn't it amazing the smallest and slightest things a women's body reacts to and holds on to weight. Glad you figured out what was the mystery behind the sudden gain. Keep up the good work. hope you have an amazing vacation next week.

So I completed c25k wk 1 again for the 500th time I am determined to finish it. So I had a weight gain in the past 2 weeks cause all the family bbq's going on and just pms and some slips on my food. I got back to working out and eating clean again and I was back down to the weight I was before the gain. I still have 2 more to lose to get back down to my lowest weight, I fluctuate so much, when I was younger I never remember my weight fluctuating at all.

I actually just joined Weight Watchers again on Saturday. I think knowing someone is weighing me will make me more conscious of what I'm eating....I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!

Congrats!! C25K kills me for some reason. I guess I'm just not a runner!! I tried..REALLY hard yesterday to do week 1 day 1 yesterday at the gym. Well...needless to say, I stopped the running portion and just walked at a face pace on a high incline because all of my workout pants are HUGE on me. I just felt them falling down and imagined everyone seeing my pasty thighs and butt.
I guess that's a good thing..in a way, haha.

I have been tracking my calories hard core for 6 days now & I am down 4lbs since wednesday! I am hoping to drop another 2 by saturday since I will be going away for a week Saturday. Vacation is always so hard for me but I am hoping I can keep up with the exercising & watching what I eat while away & not gain it all back. 10 lbs to my ideal weight :)Keep up the good work ladies!
