I am having the same issue as you

she made the curls tighter then I wanted- I feel like a little girl

I also went for 2 trials and I really don't feel like going for another one

the day of I am going to tell her that I want them loser and see what happens- but then I realized that both days I went it was humid- my hair is straight in in Dec I bet there will be no humidity so I don't know what to do

I am not leaving until we get it right

I love your second trial! You're right about the first one looking stringy. I think the curls in #2 look just right, I don't think they are too loose, and if they relax they will probably be just what you wanted.

i like pic #2 better. don't worry about how short the curls ended up - they will weigh down as the day goes on.

also - i like how full your hair looks in the 2nd picture.

I don't know if she used a hot curler to make the spirals, but if she uses a small size roller, at first the curls will be tight, but they will fall after about an hour and it will look exactly like Carmen Electra's.
