Yippee, we changed our reservation to the St Regis for dinner and got a free transfer. I guess it's usually about $50. I'm sure the dinner will will make up for it though! haha! Anyway, we also want to go to Hotel Bora Bora for the tahtitian dance show and dinner buffet. Has anyone ever been to that either?

We went to the Hotel Bora Bora show. It was the best show. We went to the dinner show at the Moorea Pearl and the hotel bora bora show and food where 1000 times better than the Pearl. Mava61 and her husband went to the show with us also and they went to Tiki Village on Moorea and they said the Hotel Bora Bora show was 1000 times better to. You will not be disappointed.

just got back from our FP HM..

heres a mini review:

it was amazing.. the people in FP were great and it is a beautiful place..

1 night - Intercontinental - Tahiti -Oceanview room
4 nights garden pool bungalow - Pearl Resort in Moorea
4 nights - premium OWB - Pearl Resort in BoraBora
we did the breakfast plan at all hotels.. It was worth it for us..

I highly recommend doing the excursions we did especially the one in BoraBora - that was our fav..

Moorea -
Albert Tours - Motu Picnic(includes shark and ray feeding).. Full lunch, snorkeling, shark and ray feeding, how to open a coconut showing.. there is another company Hiro that does the same exact thing..

Albert -Scooter rental for 4 hours - cruised around the entire island and then drove up to belvedere pt

At Pearl - they had the polynesian dance show and fire show - Free!!!

Alfredo's - dinner - the food was good.. the waiters were a bit weird.. but worth it to get off the resort for a night..

BoraBora -
A fellow LIW bride recommended this tour and we booked it... it was awesome!
Matira Jet ski - combo tour - jet ski and ATV.. the guy picked us up in town since the Pearl is a bit far from everything and then took us back to town via jet ski... all for about $200 we jet skied for 1 and 1/2 hours and then did an ATV drive on the motu to the other side where the ocean was for about 20 mins and the guide cut up some fresh fruit for us that he picked along the way.. it was well worth it.. we saw i think all of borabora.. gorgeous!
on a side note - our hotel offered jet ski tours for 2 hrs and the price was more than this tour!

bloody marys for dinner - food was great and the atmosphere is unique..

Manea spa - couple massage - it was nice and relaxing if you like to go for those

Kayaking - free at the resort

Then we did lots of snorkeling in BoraBora..

I have travelled a lot but this was by far the best trip ever...

We did it all when we got there. The only thing we booked in advance was Villa Mahana and it was well worth it!

i would wait till you get there!!!

i did a private picnic that i reserved in advance, otherwise, everything else was booked there on the island.
try to do it as soon as you arrive on each island.
just go to the activities desk..
