There's probably a 100 of these around but I thought what the heck let's post how we were proposed to!!!!

I came home to FH cooking us lobster dinner! He set the table and had raw clams on the 1/2 shell for an apetizer! (yummm!!) After dinner he said he got dessert and pulled out a bakery box and told me to open it. I opened the box and my ring was inside!!!!! He got down on one knee and said: 'Kathryn, will you marry me?'
And i screamed at him: ARE YOU SERIOUS!????

on cruise last july...he took me up to the top deck of the ship at sunset, and said 'you are the absolute love of my life, will you marry me' it was the most romantic place to propose..i loved it..heres where the magic occured! lol
In June, we were in Venice, Italy. It was our first day and we spent it walking around, going to dinner and taking a gondola ride. When we got back to the hotel we were sitting at a table in the patio garden and he got some drinks and popped the question.
Best moment of my life!

It was like a dream come true...Cinderella's Castle in Disney World..we were eating dinner and when we were finished...the waiter comes out with this huge plate with a lid on it...he said..Your Prince thought you'd like to have this..he lifts off the cover and there is a glass slipper on top of tons of rose petals..and my ring was in the glass slipper...at this point my FH is on one knee and he said...'Kelly, will you marry me?' AH..I started crying and everyone started clapping! MY FH set it up with Disney and hired a photographer to capture the moment. He took a ton of pics of my ring in the glass slipper before he even bought it out...and a ton more of 'the moment'. It was absolutely amazing!!! Then to top it off, the Wishes Fireworks went off! I'll never forget it!

While he was vacuuming the living room. He said 'so do you want marry me?' He did go down on one knee but left the vacuum on the entire time.

He did it out of the blue when we took a walk after a little tiff we had down my block. Its soo funny he proposed in front of my old babysitters house , it was great though, no one around , past midnight. A day and memory I will never forget. He thought he was going to lose me bec we got into a little fight , I just say mean things out of anger not bec I mean it. He went home got the ring and did it

In London. He was studying there for a while and I went to visit him. We had a nice hotel room and I…ahem…didn’t want to leave the bed but he somehow got me out and into Kensington Gardens. He sat me down by this large fountain, got down on one knee and asked. He used my full name, middle name and everything, lol.
I remember directly after I said yes, this tiny white terrier made a mad dash into the fountain and got soaking wet. It was all very surreal, lol.

after dinner at ruth's chris at the Garden City Hotel - i was totally shocked ... and he was shaking like crazy
i totally remember walking into the room, seeing the flowers and candles and champagne - so i ran to the bathroom to breathe cause I knew what was about to go down - I came out and he was totally pacing the room! hahaha
then we proceeded to meet friends at a bar/grill for drinks to celebrate, they made sure I got drunk and it was the worst hangover ive ever had the next day

Last Oct we went to the bahamas for our 2 year anniversary. It was like our third day there, but it was our actual anniversary (Oct 16), and we were on the beach at sunset. Fh said 'I love you' ..and i said 'I love you too', and then he goes,'no, i reaaaaalllly love you', and got down on one knee and said 'will you marry me?'. And i dont even know what i said....but i said yes!!

He told me I needed to meet him at the Mandarin Oriental for a work thing, that his boss reserved one of their entertaining suites for a cocktail party. So I met him there after work....needless to say there was no party, just us and the whole room was lit up with candles, it was gorgeous, the windows were overlooking the park and it was already dark so the city lights and the parkview were like a movie..... Thinking back, and knowing him, I'm still impressed. Anyway, I cannot remember for the life of me what he said because I was too busy trying to wrap my mind around it all happening but he did get down on one knee, that I remember.

He popped the question on top of the Empire State Building when it was 27 degress out! He said a lot of stuff I don't remember, but I do remember that he got down on one knee and said 'you're my best friend and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.. will you marry me?'

we were on vaca in wild wood NJ (the fist place we had ever gone away) and we were on the beach at sunset it was pefect he was standing behind me and popped a blue box infron of my face I opened it and it was empty lol i turned around and he was down on one knee 'linda will u marry me' lol he might have said more but i was in shock lol

lol!!! his friends were at the top of the hill and he was further down and they were stopped at the top and I skiied over to FH (I thought he was hurt) nd that is how they caught the pictures. I'm so lucky to have them!!!

It was 4th of July. We were out at the Vineyards with my sister, brother and his girlfriend. When we got to Pulgesi there were balloons and roses -- I thought they were for my birthday that weekend. Then he went in and came out with a bottle of champagne and everyone else had an excuse to leave the table. He had beautiful words hand painted on the bottle and then at the end it said 'Will you marry me?' I just looked up and he got down on two knees (so he wouldn't fall he had tasted a lot of wine) and I said 'Are you Serious' And then I said yes!!!!!!!!
ETA: Everyone knew, family friends and he had a weekend planned down in Cape May with family and friends!!!!!!!
