why not move your date up to a warmer month, this way people can't wear the fur coats, it will be way too hot for that.

I don't think you have the right to dictate what people wear to your wedding.

Also, I think they will have their coats checked before you even see them.

But I think if, I mean i can't think of an example, but if something made the rbide sick, I'd just try not to do it at her wedding. that's all. Maybe I'm being spoiled, but I think it's just a little thing to them, that's a big thing to me. Fur makes me want to throw up, and it amkes me cry. I don't see acoat. I see dozens of dead animals!

learn to adapt. i see that you have a problem w/fur, and that you don't see just a coat, like many other people do, but if you don't agree w/it, boycott it. that is the single most effective way to show your disapproval of something. i see where you are coming from, but it will be difficult to make all your guests see your side of things.

no offense...since the animal is already killed for the coat wouldn't you rather see someone get joy out of it rather then just thrown out in the garbage or to have someone throw paint on it???? just something to think about.

First off, i would think that being your cousin, and knowing it makes you literally sick to your stomach, they would leave the fur at home...you should just kindly ask and say it would mean the world to you..if they are rational people, they'll understand.

This was just a thought though..other people are bound to show up to a winter wedding wearing fur...i think what you should try to do, is tell yourself it is all faux fur...just keep repeating that its not real and try to deal with it that way. For such a big day in your life with the hundreds of other things going on, hopefully nothing like that would ruin your day or make you sick.....kind of like a vegetarian who is disgusted by meat...sometimes you just have to deal with being around things you don't like and move on..i'm sure you'll be fine. If you know in your heart how you feel about it, and that YOU make the right decisions for you, then that should be enough! good luck

Eew! Freaking dead animal wedding. Lovely. Nothing's says 'I love you' more than draping innocent carcass all over yourself and your bridal party! what a way to bring in a new marriage!
