How do you handle people bringing uninvited guests to your wedding?

My mom's friend invited her in-laws to my wedding and the invitations haven't even been sent out yet!

This seems to be a huge problem with my parents' generation in the indian community, at least in NJ. My brother got married 5 years ago and we had 5-7 (can't remember) univited guests show up - these are children and elderly parents of invited guests. It really is a problem!

I told my mom to give my number to every person that creates problems because I have no issues saying 'Oh Aunty, I would love to have your neighbor's cousin's son at my wedding but the reception hall will not allow any more people since we are at our maximum.'






haha you go girl!!! tell them what they need to hear! hehe

We went to Spain !! it was really beautiful! it was also my first time in Europe which made it even more exciting!!!
Greece and Italy sound lovely too!

We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. It was the best experience we have ever had so far!!!

Also, we had our proofs in about 3 weeks or so. Then it took us forever to narrow them down and figure out which ones we loved. But you should get the proofs quick.

How's everybody's newlywed 'desi' life going??? I love it, we are having so much fun and such freedom, it's great!!!

same here! im totally enjoying it! we are having a great time! we just started doing thank you cards since we are done with our travels..We need to narrow down the pictures as well! i feel like its going to take forever!

Just checked out the pics and ur sister looks beautiful!!!! Her outfits are soo pretty!!
btw, I TOTALLY knew you were in TX before I even read that it was held there, just by looking at the picture of her coming down the stairs. My fam lives in TX and our stairs are totally IDENTICAL!!! lol
I actually came down my steps like that when I had my engagment party!
