I am posting these picturs so brides can see how beautiful Jericho Terrace is outside at night. I took these pics last night at the showcase there.

I was worried b/c at the time of year I am getting married the sunset will be earlier and I will not be able to get to Jericho Terrace until about 6:00PM.

Here are the pics!!

Enjoy ladies!

that makes me so happy!!! i wont be getting there till atleast 7pm!!!

i think u can try to talk to JT's bakery Dortoni directly. but then i'm not sure if your cake is very complicated so that they will charge u more~ u may needto ask your banquet manager

Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!

Quick question

What does JT do for you when you use their house vendors?? So far Im using Flower Michelle and Starlight Express. I could of sworn that I heard once that they'll throw in extras according to how many vendors you use of theirs. Does anyone know???? TIA

Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!

I believe if you use 4 of their vendors, you get free sushi during the cocktail hour. I know they did that for FH's sister and I remember my BM mentioning this to me.

Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!

This question is for past JT brides. When I first singed the contact with JT, my BM suggested to my father to tip the Maitre'd anywhere between $800 - $1,000. I believe he mentioned that this money gets split between the Maitre'd, chef and bridal attendant.

Can you please give me an approximate amount of what you tipped at your wedding? My father thinks that the amount they suggested was crazy. We have to guarantee a minimum of 165 people. It is on a Friday night. I have no doubt that we will have that amount of people.

I have been going back and forth with this issue. I really appreicate it if you girls can help me.

If you want to be discreet about it, please FM me the info.

Thanks in advance.

I've been told anywhere between $2-5 per guest. I would also use your discretion based on how much you think they deserve that night.

This was the original thread and has LOTS of information. You can always use this thread to search for information and experiences of past brides.

Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!

Thanks...Cocktail hour was the Garden room and the reception was held at the Skylight Terrace room. We had about 260 people so we went for the bigger room and the better menu (9 choices). Jericho was the best..the food, the service, etc. Your guests will only have good things to say. Which room do u have?
