Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!
WOW!! I am glad you are going with the Oak Room under the circumstances. I think it would be very disappointing to hear everyone elses music, especially if they have a vocal MC.
Please come back and tell us about the Oak Room, there are a lot of ladies on here (incl me!) who are getting married there too!! Best of luck on your big day!!!

Trust me, Janna, it's more important that your ceremony comes across crystal clear to your family, friends, and you and your FH. The Oak room is gorgeous and it's going to look different from the ceremony to the reception because you'll have the aisle, and the runner, and the canopy if you're using it.

Oak Room girls...... As far as bathroom baskets go, do you think there will be any other guests downstairs to use those rest rooms, because if so, I am not doing baskets for other people to use my stuff ya know?

I don't think anyone else uses the bathroom. But I'm just wondering if it's worth it to make my own, if the bathroom attendants already provide them.

Yeah, that's true! Do I really need to drag one more thing to the hall for them to put out? Nope! Lol. I am crossing that off my list. Thanks

Actually, just so you know, if their is a party in the skylight room, they use the bathroom downstairs as well as the people in the oak room.

I'd say to call and ask who you'll be working with. If it's the person you don't want to work with ask if you can work with someone else

I would just come right out and tell them that you want to have your appointment changed so you can work with Mike Closs. It's your wedding, it's your $$, and you shouldn't have to work with someone you're not comfortable with...I mean, you can be nice about it, but I wouldn't just accept it.
I've heard that they've been really accomodating about this in the past...

When i amde the appt I asked who it would be with and they said when we get there, they will have an available BM help us. I didn't realize until yesterday that our BM is off on Mondays. We can only go on a Monday b/c of our schedules.

my BM is Rob (the head BM) and he told me that for the semi-final appt (finalizing menu, etc) it's usually Anna that sits down with you and goes over everything. he said he definitely wants to be there but unless you request it, your assigned BM wont be in attendance. speak to Mike directly...if he's a good BM, he'll come in for an hour to help you guys out!

Re: 'Official Jericho Terrace Thread'!
I have a couple questions I'm hoping you girls can help me with:First, does jericho terrace provide menus if we don't make them? Do they provide the place cards for us to fill out? and does anyone have the directions that they give us? (mapquest directions seem out of the way and I was just wondering what JT's directions said). Thanks!

From what I have heard, JT does provide menus, with the Deluxe Menu. And from my own experiences, they do provide the placecards to fill out and they do provide map/direction cards.

If you have the direction card, would you mind sending me the directions if they're not too long to type
