I started my wedding fitness plan today. Sigh. I have gained a few pounds since I started dating FH last year! All those amazing dinners and drinks have taken their toll.
I might turn to you girls for strength!

its so important to stay healthy... You will do good.. just stay focused.. it can be hard..
I walk every day at 2:30 to get my son... to his school, home, back to work and back home.. I have the car but I make it my buisness to do this faithfully! Its so important to me to feel and look my best for my wedding.. and in general really.. I met my FH and this four years for us we BOTH have let go.. but its like you said.. eating out, home relaxed, kids, stress, it all plays a part! I also started a whole body cleanse recently.. lets just say... its working..

Well damn I'm jealous. Because I really need to start hitting up the gym I just have no time. One thing that really does make a big difference is if you eat nada after 7/8 pm. And if you do leave the carbs behind. You will notice a difference trust me.

well Im actually just taking a regular over the counter cleanse I reserached.. from Duane Reede.. its pills.. mostly fiber.. which helps you..
( you know ) lol but they have the actual cleanse in the city where they actual perform the cleanse which I really want to do.. but closer to my wedding..they also have the fiber you can buy thats a powder which is a cleanser.. its not a laxative.. it helps you cleanse the entire body.. so it builds up.. nasty but true.. lol!

If you don't eat past 8pm you will see a big difference....and cut back on sugar!! I cut back on sugar for 2 weeks and lost 10 pounds, i'm not even kidding.

I think ive heard of that isnt it called a colon cleanse..not sure. I bought these pills called Alli that are supposed to help you but i havent gotten around to it because if your not eating the right stuff it can be really messy..can't say on here

Oh one more thing, for lunch, try having a Jamba Juice...that also helps!! Not sure if you girls have a Jamba Juice nearby, but it's good to have for lunch. Keep in mind you spend the majority of your day sitting down at work so you need to be wise with your lunch selection.

Thanks Maribel! I ordered my dress probaly 3 days afer my FH proposed to me... couldnt help it.. I fell in love with that dress.. it was probaly dress #500!!!
How are you?! I dont really know the area you are looking for a church otherwise I would try to help.. maybe you should make a thread...
