My neighborhood is a large portion of Asians... there all tiny! 90% of my tenants are Asian.. and I always talk to them about food.. and they all eat so healthy... I should be so motivated.. its just so hard... I need taste... but I guess its about finding what works best with your body as well...


I just watched this tenant here loose about 25 pounds in 2 months.. she Read ' SKINNY B****'
which I heard was really good.. She stopped eating meats... and walks faithfully EVERYDAY!!!!!!

The burnt at the bottom of the rice, Puerto Ricans call it Pegao..LOL!!
not sure if I'm spelling it correctly. MY FH is dominican and he calls it Con Con

sounds like a plan i need to lose like 10-15 pounds iam at 160 which is big to be only 5'0

exactly.. where I used to go for nails.. they had a steamer there .. and they only ate steamed rice with a half cup to a cup.. and that was a plastic cup.. with a verge or a steamed fish! and nothing ELSE!

I put on 15 to 20 pounds living with my FH parents at one point... There Puerto Rican.. OMG!! Rice with everything!!! I dont care what she made.. there was rice there.. and always a small portion of salad.. like that was going to make it healthier.. but I could never resist.. I love her rice and beans!!!! OMG what do you guys call the more burnt ones at the bottom of the pan.. she had a name for it... LMAO!... Im so hungry now...

The burnt rice is called pegao that is my all time favorite too lol with kidney beans and a steak with onions with tostones..yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just thinking about what you wrote. I've seen my nail salon girls do the same thing. The little cup of steamed rice with some kelp or something.

Can I steam a half platano and throw it on my rice? Dang. It's just not the same. Maybe I'll try half a yam with some cinnamon and chicken breast for lunch tomorrow. This *****! I hate that Sophie's is right outside!!!

I'm getting that book.

There's these deep red calla lillies that I like, I want to say they are called Shwerzalad? Any florist would know. Black Magic Roses are deep red. I have a Martha Stewart book at home, I'll follow up tonight.

Yes Yes i saw those lillies at projectwedding.com they showed them in a bouquet and they looked magnificant..they have gorgeous ideas
