Well ur going to be better off booking another room b/c 1st of all the min is 300 and u say u have maybe 125 idk but they will then be loosing money if they give u the room and the room is way too big for your amount of guests and it will end up looking empty.IMO

its not about decoration. it can be beautiful, and look empty because of the lack of ppl in the big space

theres a big difference between the 125 you want and their 300 ppl min. I think your best bet is a smaller room, or invite 300 ppl

my cousins wedding was in a room for 400-500ppl room and it looked great even though it was like 100-125ppl it looked like it was full imo

jaye..have you seen the smaller rooms at leonards? i have the 2nd size room, my max is 150 my min is 100 and its beautiful

the 300 person room is hugeeee , way too big for 150 people.
