Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I just want to express my happiness
. FH just changed jobs and is so much nicer and therefore making my life so much easier. He was becoming a little difficult to deal with and now is the man I remember falling in love with. Since we share everything else I just wanted to fill you in, thanks for listening.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I'm going to pick my menu next week.
I don't think the Fox Hollow prints menus, but I'm planning to make them myself. I'll find out about the cocktail hour decorations when I go. Any other questions you want me to ask?

The Fox Hollow does print menus but I think only since they changed their menu choices. So I'm not sure when you booked but if you have the new menu with the choice of 8 (7, 8, ?, dont remember exact number) entrees then they place a menu card between each couples place settings.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I think we might have the old menu. We booked in Nov. 2002. Do you mean the guests have a choice of 8 entrees or do you have to pick 3 out of the 8 for you guests to choose from? When we booked they told us we get to pick 3 entrees. There were 3 beef, 4 fish, and 8 chicken dinners for us to pick from. I guess we have to pick from the old menu. They told us to bring the menu they gave us when we booked.eta: Has anyone worked with Stacy? We originally booked with JR, but he's not there anymore.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I have the new menu - so I guess that means that they will provide the menus. That's great because it's one less thing to do. The new menu gives guests the choice of about 8 entrees and Frank told me that if between now and my wedding they change the menu I'll be able to get my list plus the new stuff!

with the new menu it's guest choice of eight. from what i was told, those who booked the old menu could update to the new menu for a fee. you know, the more i think about it, i'd check if i were you whether or not they have the menus on the tables now for everyone, regardless of how many choices there are. it may be worth a shot to save yourself the trouble of making them.
ets: i haven't worked with stacey but i know someone on here has, i've seen her name posted before !!!

for a fee? i wonder how much they charge for that? do you still get to pick which 8 you want or do they have 8 standard choices?

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
8 standard but it's a pretty nice range of choices - off the top of my head - stuffed shrimp, filet mignon, rack of lamb, salmon, more than one kind of chicken, etc, etc.i guess the idea is that the prices were raised because there are more choices, hence the fee if you want an upgrade.

Do you know if those of us with the old menu selections can upgrade to the newer ones?

Yep, exactly…just want to have as many options as possible to choose from!
I’ll ask Stacey when I go for my appointment…
