Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
I never went for the follow-up meeting. I don't think it's necessary. I called about it when I got the letter and I think they just try to push their vendors on you one last time, but I already had everything booked so I didn't go.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
As far as placecards go-I am going to make my own...I was thinking something creative...maybe like little clear boxes with chocolates wrapped in my colors with a clear label of peoples names and table #'s...haven't decided that yet!Menus I also wanted to make, 1 per plate...I found this pic in a mag and love it...my girls will be in red and I feel like this cardstock goes so nice with Fox Hollow's decor...I am going to try to recreate it myself because it is ridiculously expensive on the website!
Good luck all!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
How much did they tell you it was for kids & vendors? I think they told me 1/3 off, but I can't remember. It seems like most other places give you half price.

My FH picked up the upgraded menus... we were curious. Any how, we have agreed to stick with the old one.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread
Same for us, vendors & kids above the minimum are 2/3 the price. We skipped the upgraded menu also. I wasn't crazy about their choices, and you can't substitue.
Stacy cancelled my finals today, due to the weather, but I have my menu all picked out already.

How about post wedding reception party? Are any of you guys gonna hang and party some more afterwards? If so where. I am trying to get some ideas on whether or not to have an afterhours.
Steffiesunshine1- You're going early for finals or maybe i am just going late?

I'm pretty sure only two can go on at the same time, but there can be up to four in a day, including daytime and night time. But to my knowledge none of the weddings ever start at the same time - always staggered a bit.
