For lunch I always eat a PBJ for only 4 points

for snack I always have bell pepper, or some carrots

Sugar free jello pudding is delish and only 1 point!

Re: weight watchers

My day went pretty good. I am just hoping for the best next sunday. I found the 100 calorie packs of popcorn only have 1 point. Not so bad.

I totally screwed up the day...

Its OK today is a new day!

I find it easier during the day if I pack evrything the night before then bring it to work, I pack breakfast and lunch and some snacks because I don't get home til 5:30-6 everyday and am out of the house at 6

Re: weight watchers

So, last night I ate the 3 remaning servings in my pint of B&J FroYo instead of just 1. But now it's out of the house and I don't have to worry about it.

So, that was 8 extra points I shouldn't have had the whole thing, but that is why we have Flex Points. it was such an impulse buy and I never should have bought it in the first place.

Sunday we are taking my mom out for her birthday to Parkside and I know I will completely demolish my points in that 1 meal. So, I am really going to try and stay on program all week so I can enjoy. I've already used most of my flex points for the week, which is rare for me on Monday, but I am still getting back into program since the holidays.

I wish WW yogurt wasn't so damn expensive because it is the only 1pt yogurt on the market. But I really cannot afford to spend $1/yogurt when I eat 10-12 of them a week.

I ate two chocolate covered pretzels last night...but I did work out so I didn't feel so bad, probably just a wash.

Doing ok today...feeling like I need chocolate bad...but trying to hold off until lunch. Def going to the gym later since I can't go tomorrow night.

Re: weight watchers

I did WW last year and it went great! I am going to start again just to loose a little of the weight I gained back. A great snack is the 94% fat free popcorn, better than the 100 cal packs of popcorn. YOU can eat 7 cups ofit for about 2 points. Very filling!
