I am also getting married at the WM on September 17th. I was wondering what time your reception is taking place, we will probably run into eachother.

Hey, I was wondering the same thing...!

My reception starts at 1pm. Are you doing afternoon or evening?? I am in the Manor room, with cocktail hour (hopefully) outside.

I'd love to hear how you are doing with planning and details!

My reception starts at 6:30. I have already booked the dj(classie sounds), photographer(lina jang), videographer(wild rose). I haven't ordered my gown yet but I have chosen it. (I am soooo in love with it). I chose vera wang gowns for my BM's. Good Luck with all of your planning. Are you blocking out hotels?? If so which one. I was thinking about the wingate.

Wow, Vera Wang for your BMs! I'd love to see them. I ordered my dress already and BMs are in the process of getting measured for theirs. I booked Franklin Wayne's Daybreaks Night for our band and Sherwood Triart for our photographer, thats all I have done though.

Not sure about the hotel yet, I am going to check out a few this week. I have heard great things about the Wingate but there are a few hotels closer to my church that might be easier. We'll see.

The room is very verstatile -- I've seen so many different styles and each looks very good in there. Here are some of mine....

Your quote made me smile! Eroxgrl and I got married on the same day. And we spent over a year on these boards planning that day. I was lucky enough to meet her once before the wedding and actually on the wedding day she went out of her way to see me as she was leaving. She was the day wedding and I was the night wedding. I posted these right after we got married - but I will post them again in case you didn't see them!

Those pics are so great!!! I am definitely going to try to keep an eye out for tanielle5k. By the way both of you brides looked beautiful on your wedding day. I would love to have pics like that too.

Here are some pics for the bridesmaid dresses. My sis is the maid of honor and I want her to wear something different, cause I want her to stand out. She is going to be wearing a variation of this gown. Look forward to hearing more of your ideas. I also added a pic of my gown. Have you ordered yours yet???
