Ladies what was the reason behind you picking the date you did for your wedding? I always dreamed of a summer evening wedding. I picked July because I like the month. It's in the middle of the summer and it doesn't rain that much. If it does rain it's quick and then the sun comes back out. Im such a summer girl. I should have been living in Florida.

Mine is 4/20. Needless to say our friends are highly amused and so is my FH. I didn't really pick it for any reason.

I had to base my weddind around my cousin's wedding I am in. She was engaged first. There really isn't any significance to our date

FH is a teacher and is involved in so much stuff during the summer that February was the only month that I could choose from.. At first I was alittle upset because I never wanted a winter wedding...I HATE the COLD. But I am over it now and plan on having the best wedding ever

I noticed you booked Majestic Gardens. I heard they had a expo there last week. Did you go? If so how was it? I was supposed to go but I had a final that night and couldn't make it in time.

I actually wanted a sept wedding..i love the fall colors...however due to dates being taken at the RH that i loved i thought maybe June...plus we got engaged in Jan and didnt want to wait until next sept...i figured June is a perfect summer month

Wanted May, was going to do the 12th but that is the day before Mothers Day next year. We moved it up a weekend and did not even realize it was Cinco de Mayo, so we said cool even better

mine is 8/12...we picked it because its the day before our anniversary 8/13...we would've gotten married on our anniversary but its a monday and no one goes to monday weddings unless is like a long holiday...which is isn't...hence why we're having a sunday wedding

I love the summer weather and my profession is education. I'm also moving immediately after the wedding to Florida, so I would have July and August to do the honeymoon and settle in my new home...and state.

Don't ask me why I picked our date. I really hate cold weather but we only wanted a 1 year engagment and it will be exactly one year almost. We were engaged Feb 4 and we picked Feb. 3.

we originally wanted the cool date 07/07/07 but it was one of the first ones taken. at that point, it was more like picking a number from the hat.

There isnt really any good reason for us picking that day! LOL
Im a teacher so i had to pick a summer month because i would be off so thats why we chose it! Also i was afraid that if we picked Aug. i would be too hot and then become very cranky! (I know that sound odd, but i do not like the heat!)

Honestly......it was the price!! Winter was soooooo much less than fall! I always wanted fall but when i saw more and more winter pics i thought it was so pretty than i saw the price drop so we just decided to go w/ that!
