We had our 11/6/10 wedding at Fox Hollow. Our ceremony was in the Chapel, cocktail hour in the Winter Garden Pavilion, and reception in the Briar Fox. Everything (the staff, food, drinks, decor) was beyond our expectations. Our BM was Ken, and answered any questions we had during the planning process. The day of, David was our Maitre'D and Angie was my bridal attendant. They really took care of us, and we couldn't have asked for better treatment. I would recommend Fox Hollow to any bride.

Our venue was expertly prepared for both our ceremony and reception. Everything went smoothly, no issues or drama. Samir (maitre'd) and Courtney (bridal attendant) were very helpful and kept our event moving. They were attentive and professional, but without being overly pushy...they let us enjoy our reception. We could not have asked for a better day. We would not change a thing if we had to do it over! Thank you for a memorable night!

It was a wonderful vendor!! We booked with David the director and he made us feel comfortable right away. We were able to do everything ahead of time from being out of state as far as picking out menu etc. The few days before they were very responsive and helpful. The day of everything was perfect. We had the best Matri'de and Bridal Attendant. She bustled my dress for me and when the flower vendor messed up my flowers(Jack and Rose) and started to argue with me to sign the form that i was happy with them. When she saw me get upset, basically told the vendor she would deal with him and resolved the situation. The Winter Garden Pavilion looked beautiful! It is a perfect room for a small wedding. I would definitely recommend the Fox Hollow and the Inn at Fox Hollow for your wedding. We are going back for our 1 year aniversary.

I give Fox Hollow 5 stars across the board. They helped make my wedding the best day of my life and their service will be something I will never forget. From the very first meeting I knew we had to book this hall for our wedding. It had the homey comfortable feeling we were looking for on our big day. Our BM Ken was so easy to work with and gave us so much for an amazing price. We did not think we could have the wedding of our dreams on our budget and they made it possible. My bridal attendant and maitre'd were the best I could have ever asked for on the day of, extremely accommodating and on top of everything. The food was amazing for both cocktail hour and reception, and our cake was delicious. And even though our wedding was during the biggest snowstorm of the year, the pictures we have of the outside grounds with the snow are to die for. The Fox Hollow is definitely the way to go if you want the memory of your wedding to last a lifetime!

This was the hardest decision for us. We wanted something that felt intimate and cozy but still beautiful. Plus, I am the first in my family to get married so everything was very new to my mother and I. The Fox Hollow was the last place we looked at. My husband loved it, which was a first, lol. We loved how it felt when you first walked in. At first, we dealt with Dave. Turns out we use to live in the same development as him, so we really hit it off. My parents must have went back four times before booking and he was so nice to them. They were just so nervous since it’s a lot of money. Anyway, we finally booked. The menu is just outrageous. You literally can’t beat everything you are getting there. At my final menu appointment, we met with Frank. Turns out Frank use to work at other catering hall where we had my baptism, communion, confirmation and sweet 16, so he knew my entire family, it was a big laugh. He was so sweet and really helped us out. Then the day of, my maitre’d was Mike and bridal attendant was Kourtney. At the beginning of the night, there was a miscommunication with Mike and my photographer. Well my mom yelled at Mike and fixed that problem. Other then that the night went off without a hitch. Kourtney was awesome, constantly refilling our drinks, bringing us food. At one point, my husband stepped on my dress and the bustle broke as we were walking outside for pictures, she fixed it right away. Mike handled all the operations of the night, like when the food was coming out and what not. The food was outstanding, everyone was raving. Also, the service is amazing, they take care of everything. I wanted my centerpieces broken down at the end of the night to hand a bouquet to each lady as they left, and they took care of that. All in all they did an amazing job. I know a few ladies on here were worried about the Briar Fox room, don’t be, it came out beautifully. The band was set back and it worked out nicely b/c they weren’t in the guests face the whole night. Also, the cake came out perfect, it was delicious! Everything looked perfect, I couldn’t be happier with them and would definitely recommend Fox Hollow to any bride looking for RH.
