I don't know about the rest of you 2014 brides, but I am starting to have a panic attack about weight loss for the wedding. It's going to officially be 2014 in just 3 days, and I feel like I'm running out of time to get to my goal weight
My dress fitting is on March 8, and my bridal shower is on March 29th, and I would love to be 15 lbs thinner by then so that I don't lose any more weight during the dress fitting process. I was student teaching from Sept-Dec. and was doing night classes for my Master's, but now that I'm officially done I have so much more time in the afternoon/evening for the gym!!!Sooo, I'm getting back to my 3x a week spin classes, and I'm stocking up on my weight watchers meals at stop & shop tomorrow. **If there are other pointers from those who have been successfully losing weight recently I would love to hear them!**
I've kind of been avoiding this thread until now lol, but I'm going to begin posting my weekly progress on here to motivate myself to keep going to the gym.

THIS. i'm trying not to beat myself up over this last week of eating. i managed to lose about .4lbs over christmas week, but since then we have had a dinner party, we're having a NYE party tonight, and i've just been generally lazy in regards to eating right.

I would like to lose 10-20 pounds before my wedding in October. FH has gained a lot of weight since we met and needs to lose weight also before the wedding. I downloaded the Lose It app which was free. You can set your ultimate weight goal and it allows for a certain amount of calories per day. You can scan barcodes and it automatically logs how many calories a serving is. It is pretty easy to use and if used properly will help you keep on track. The hard part is actually remembering to track what you ate.I am 5'2' and weigh 140 pounds . My BMI says I am overweight. I would like to be down to 120 where I used to be.

Okay I can no longer pretend I don't see this thread on the blog board...today, I join you ladies, is it too late? I have just over 6 months to really whip things into shape! I have had a lot of luck with Weight Watchers in the past, but I don't have any luck when I neglect all that they taught me :) So I have rejoined WW and today starts my new adventure.
