OK girls....Where were you when you got engaged???

We were at the Boathouse in Central Park on a rowboat. It was sooooo sweet

At my parents home at the stroke of midnight on Christmas Eve! I went to put Baby Jesus in the manger and there was the ring!!

I can't believe it will be one year soon!!

OMG so far these are all so sweet!!!! Latina511 we were supposed to go on a horse and buggy after the rowboats and that is where he was originally going to do it but he couldn't wait....and I never got the horse and buggy ride

But the rest of the day was beautiful!!!!

He proposed over the scoreboard at a sports game !!

I was so embarrased as I teach in a local college and I had a number of my students there! My fiance has an unsual name so they all knew it was me!!

He was on the floor playing with our daughter I was standing above him talking about calling the bank about a loan that he had. He took my hand, looked at our daughter and popped the ?.

we were in a jacuzzi after just having climbed half dome in Yosemite (we first kissed in a jacuzzi, so that was the significance).

We were in Montauk on Valentine's Day weekend. Our table was by the fireplace in the restaurant. It proposed in front of everyone. I thought it was so romamtic.

My FI was too scared to ask me in public (I told him he needed to do the whole 'down on one knee with a speech' routine) so he slipped the ring on my finger while I was sleeping.
