Anyone know if there is any place inside besides the studio to take pics? Just curious... incase of rain... I saw somenoe who read about taking pics in the winter garden pavillion before the other wedding... did you get that in writing? Who did you ask?

you can also do pics at the Inn next door!

Can you do this regardless of if you are staying there? I am staying there that night but not the night before ... so I don't think they will let me check in early on Sat (pics start at 11) ... does this matter?

I was the person who asked about this. I didn't get it in writing -- maybe I should ... I asked my BM, Ken. (Who I am not 100% fond of.)

ken was my BM also.. i like him when we booked.. then after that i am not fond of him either.. he blows me off when i call.. not happy about that!!

i never made it there personally...anyone else get there?

i was motivated to, but then i called there. i spoke to a woman, her name escapes me now, but she said we could come there anytime, but thought it would be best if we caw a cake we liked and then came to taste the ones we were interested in.
but then i asked, well do you know which ones the fox hollow uses? she said yes.

when she said we could go there anytime, she then said as long as she is there. she had a thick accent and i can't remember her name.. but realizing that made us want to wait until we met with FH again.

My sisters bday is on sat so I might get her a cake from that bakery.

Deanna, I got a 'know-it-all' attitude from the first time I met him. I booked because I liked the room, and their reputation, not because of him. He's kinda ... snooty, I guess? Like 'we don't need you so I am not going to give you anything extra to book here.' I haven't had to deal with him since signing, though.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

I was at a wedding at FH on Sunday night - and everything was phenominal....

Her M.D. was Harry and her B.A. was Cindy - both did a fantastic job...the reception room was in the Garden Terrace, and the cocktail hour outside...

Anyone have any specific questions?

Any of the food that stood out as being really great?
Was there more than one wedding? And could you tell?

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Someone asked about cake tasting and I am guessing it is through the bakery that Fox Hollow uses correct? If so, FM me with any questions as we went in person with a request for a colored icing and also did a tasting...
