Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

i know this was discussed before but for past brides who had the vienese hour - was the chocolate fountain included? We want to add the venetian hour on and I know I called and spoke to someone about this and they told me it was included but I wanted to make sure from a past bride who actually had it.

OK, I'm considering a separate picture location before the ceremony but I wanted to ask on here. I believe it's been mentioned and I did a search but there was just so many posts to go through. How does it work with the picture locations? Are you really confined to the specific picture area or can you use all the gardens? Day time it limited that time of year so I'd like to make sure I can get the outdoor shots done before the ceremony. And I hope I can get plenty outdoor shots.

i believe depending on which room you have as your reception room - you are limited to a specific garden... as i'm in the WGP, i have access to the front pond thing and the carriage up front as well...

it would also depend (i think) on if there is another wedding on your day...

Thanks!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

This might be a really dumb question but for the girls having their ceremonies at the Fox Hollow did you just put 'Fox Hollow' on your invites? Is there a proper, longer name or is that it??

....dumb, dumb question

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

seei know that the chocolate fountain is listed seperately on the extra's list but I THINK that's because you could just have that without having the grand vienese. At least that's what I THINK I remember them telling me when i called to ask about it.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

On my wedding day, my ceremony was at 7:30 and I was able to get onto property at 3. I'm pretty sure they would have let me on property earlier if I asked too.

Because there were no day weddings on my wedding day I was allowed to use the entire property. I did ask specifically at my final appointment, and Jenn checked and said yes. I was allowed everywhere. After a little bit of time we ended up near the gazebo and they had a whole spread of drinks and food set up. I didn't even know they were going to do that!

I went to my cocktail hour, but when I toured the location they had told me that if I stayed in the bridal suite that they would have a bunch of food and drinks (from the cocktail hour) set up in the bridal suite for us.

Anyone have any idea how early I may be able to get into the bridal suite if my ceremony starts at 730?

Here was Jenn's reply...so i guess it'll be different for everyone...(the bridal suite part).

Jess,
Your bridal suite is being used until 6PM with the afternoon party, however, I do have another suite you can use earlier and then move all your stuff into your suite once they clean it up. We will have food and drinks wherever you are taking pictures.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

My cousin got married there 3 years ago... we had our coctail hour food in the bridal suite and also in the photo studio... and they had two waiters bringing us plates of what we asked for.. they are more than accomodating..
