This might be a really dumb question but for the girls having their ceremonies at the Fox Hollow did you just put 'Fox Hollow' on your invites? Is there a proper, longer name or is that it??
....dumb, dumb question![]()

I plan on writing 'Fox Hollow Country Club' on my invites.
I just wrote 'The Fox Hollow'

Good for you! I need to get start on the programs myself - that's going to require me to pick out the readings and everything too - hmmm yea I probably should get a move on that

Anyone have any idea how early I may be able to get into the bridal suite if my ceremony starts at 730?
Here was Jenn's reply...so i guess it'll be different for everyone...(the bridal suite part).
Jess,
Your bridal suite is being used until 6PM with the afternoon party, however, I do have another suite you can use earlier and then move all your stuff into your suite once they clean it up. We will have food and drinks wherever you are taking pictures.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Cool! This is a dumb question but who is Jenn? I have been dealing with Frank. Is my Frank your Jenn?

Jenn is one of the women who handle your final appointments.....your menu selection. Frank is likely your banquet manager....

Is anyone having their reception in the Garden Terrace room? I just picked my flowers and I am using low CP's and I am worried the room will look bare now. TIA!

I'm having my reception in the Garden Terrace. I did a mixture of high and low centerpieces. The ceilings are not that high so you should be fine with low centerpieces. How many guests are you having?

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I think we are inviting around 200-215, but I am hoping we will end up around 150- 175. FH has a big family so I think my parents are blowing a gasket. lol (they are paying for it so far- so I am lucky) otherwise it would be 50 people if I had to pay for it lolol

You're lucky....we're having it at night so we have to guarantee 225!!! I think you'll be fine with low centerpieces. Do a search on the Bride's Review and you might be able to find a pic of it!!

seei know that the chocolate fountain is listed seperately on the extra's list but I THINK that's because you could just have that without having the grand vienese. At least that's what I THINK I remember them telling me when i called to ask about it.![]()
sorry - i didn't realize....
that's okay thanks for listing it though!![]()
I just asked my banq manager a hundred times if he could throw it in for us, he got so tired of hearing me he just said yes.
It's a grand vien!!that's great! Are you having the grand viennese? or did he just throw in the fountains?
