Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
How do you do that? I'm petrified of inviting more than capacity because what happens in the oddball event that everyone shows up?I was thinking of having about 30-40 invitations have different rsvp dates, so I can send out round 1 of invites 4 months before, hope that some of the no's respond within a month or two, and then send out the second round of invites.
I'm hoping for 150, ideally, but easily have 170 on the guest list.

That might be very difficult - to do that many with different RSVP dates - as they tend to come in orders of 100 per rsvp thingy....i'm talking invites here...
I do agree that they would NEVER do it if it wouldn't fit..... What you can do maybe is give them a call and ask to see the room when it's set up for let's call it 150. Maybe during the week they can put that many tables in or something....
Being that we're at the December holidays - they may even be having holiday events in there with that amount of tables...give a call - see what happens!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Jane - I was told the room holds 156, but 144 is the most if you want extra room. (that's 12 tables of 12.) I'm in the WGP on October 25 and am hoping for no more than 144. Anyhow, welcome and congrats!Jess - I hate that canopy too! But what I hate even more is the mural behind it. I am wondering if they can cover it up some how. I think it it's ugly. Thanks for asking about the canopy!

one of my bridesmaids informed me that she is like deathly allergic... i knew she was allergic, but apparently she went to a company party and had to leave b/c as soon as she walked into the room her throat closed, apparently the venue they were at used peanut oil in most of their cooking where as most use it only in specific dishes... the fumes i guess i almost killed her...
