Insurance question. I don't want to ask Jennifer since I don't want to hear the answer. I have a vague recollection about the need for the vendors to have some time of liability insurance, but I throw away the piece of paper with the details. My photographer is a retired professional who is a friend of the family, does anyone know what kind of insurance he would need.

this is from the vendor policy sheet they gave me...
any services retained by you for your affair must provide us with a certificate of insurance at least 25 days prior to the affair. ........all service providers must maintain the following insurance coverage...Comprehensive General Liability Insurance on standard 1993 or later ISO form at limits of $1,000,000 per occurence/$2,000,000 aggregate;Products/Comp.Ops.,$1,000,000; Fire Damages, $50,000; Medical Expense, $5,000; Umbrella Liability, $1,000,000; Statutory Workers Compensation to statutory limits as per New York State Law

hope that helps. The (...) shows were I left out some info that i didn't think pertained to the answer of your question.

I knew that there was a piece of paper with something helpful on it. And I knew that I threw it out. Thank you!!

you're welcome!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

ok i have been racing home to the email everyday. I am getting married at the fox hollow april 27. when do they contact you about setting up an appointment??? i am so excited, i was looking at the menu the other night & my mouth was watering. Hoping to go after Christmas since i took that week off..

btw, i was trying to book richard & he never got back to me. when he did, i already booked somebody else. i don't need that kind of stress around my wedding. his excuse was he was busy because the holidays. well i am sure ALL florists are busy too ... doesn't mean you can't return a simple phone call. I am sure they all work with an assistant.

thanks !

hey sweets!

they will send you a letter when the time comes - about 2-3 months out... the letter will have all the extras you can add into the reception & cocktail hour & they'll ask you to call and make an appointment.

Until you meet Jen - there's really no email contact....i'm sorry ...
