i met with jen today and did my menu and cake
so exciting

we also mailed our invites!!!

oh, and changed from WGP to Briar Fox
it was available and our guest list has grown!!!

she was!!!
she was so accommodating and im so excited!!
we got one gluten free and 2 kosher
we also added in the chuch wagon, and 2 more pass arounds (potato pancakes and empanadas) i was SOOOO excicted that they are able to make the exact cake i showed her

actually, the bigger room is not definite yet
i called today but they will let me know Wed.

The stations i picked are:

ITALIAN
penne a la vodka
shells with broccoli, garlic and oil

CARVING
turkey
steak

SPANISH
Paella
arroz con pollo
Platanos

ASIAN FUSION
thai chicken
dim sum

1 french - veal
1italian - eggplant rolattini

i am sooooooo happy today... FH said that we can get the Tropical Bar for the CH hour!! being that we didnt even reach our minimum.. only 2 short..

yay!! only 12 days left!!

i was soo happy when he said we can add something!! we figured alcohol was the best choice..

i finished the OOT boxes..yay!! thats all i did yesterday, but i finally did them!! they look cute.. i just got fancy holiday gift bags.

i still have to print a couple more placecards, buy batteries for the CP. , pay vendors, call Fox hollow with the headcount!! which stinks cause we are under.. so upset about that. but whatever.

thanks jess for your offer,, i think im almost done!!
