....just wanted to add that the Fox Hollow was GREAT.

My cake was wrong...but i was told it tasted good anyway. i wanted fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream with FONDANT (my absolute favorite), instead we got strawberry preserves or something gooey like that, with marzipan or crystallized sugar. Ew - i hated that!!!!!

And for some reason, they put bright blue dots - like NEON blue dots - all over it. Huh? They brought me into the room to preview everything and I was BLOWN AWAY. It was soooo gorgeous! ...then i saw the cake. I was like, wow, uh, who's cake is that? Because it's sure as hell not mine! (i was LAUGHING!) My DOC said, 'Maybe we won't display it? maybe we can just bring it out to cut it?' I think the Maitre D took the hint and said, 'DON'T WORRY - WE'LL HANDLE IT.'

The next time i saw the cake, it was dot-free and had pretty navy ribbon around it! high five!

I requested Karen as my maitre D. at my final appt, I was informed that she was off that day. I said, oh ok then. The day of my wedding, Karen was my maitre D! She worked on her day off because I requested her!!!! She was incredible....as was my bridal attendant Megan.

If you have either or both of those, you're in for a real treat!

Hey girls

Karen and Megan are freaking awesome. I know that your matre'd and bridal attendant are supposed to be good, but they blew any of my expectations out of the water. I had a recommendation for Karen from one of my vendors and when I spoke with Karen she recommended Megan as the best.

They were freaking awesome! Did their jobs awesome and were very sweet!
