Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Posted by mrslouie

This is a great thread but I just wanted to mention that I have emailed Jennifer at Fox Hollow and each time she has gotten back to me via email within a few hours. If anyone needs her email, just FM and I'll give it to you..It seems like it might be easier to get in touch with her this way instead of calling and leaving messages.

Thank you for that! I don't know who Jennifer is there - so I guess until I meet her - that may be odd...

ETA: Hi Jennifer, you don't know me - but i've heard of you...i'm getting married on january 20th and had 300 questions for you!

HAHAHA. I think she may be someone who has something to do with the food .. ? Jess, did you meet with anyone to talk about your menu choices yet? (Interested in knowing when that happens)

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Anyone here designing their own centerpieces? I am worried that the fox hollow won't set it up right - so I'd love to hear from anyone who's already spoken to them about this. (I am not asking for anything extravagant .. but am still a little concerned.)

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

oh sorry! that was silly of me not to realize that the brides who haven't gotten married/had final meetings yet don't know Jennifer!
Yes she is the person you make final arrangements with, pick the menu, cake, linens etc. she give you all the final instructions and paperwork. I dont know her official title though... I just thought she would be a good resource at Fox Hollow since alot of people seem to have trouble getting answers, and she seems to be very prompt giving answers over email... she;s super nice so dont be shy, I would say about emailing her...

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Can you post a picture of the menus also?

I am thinking of either making my own or perhaps dressing theirs up a bit (not sure if this would be possible)

Thanks!

Yes, if any one has this and can scan, I'd love to see it.

Deanna -- would you possibly be able to ask about whether the bride and groom's name / date will be at the top or not? Someone here said that the first time they say one, it had this, and then when it came time for her wedding, it wasn't - and I'd love to know which is the way they normally do it.

TIA!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread

Okay D - here are the questions you had written..

Vendors & kids - what is the amount charged? Some people are saying half - my contract has 1/3 stamped on it (only after you hit your minimum).

How heavy can the cake topper be?

What size is too big for CP?
