Angelina Jolie is engaged to Brad Pitt, according to her Beowulf co-star Ray Winstone.

Pitt and Jolie, who met during the filming of Mr And Mrs Smith, have been at the centre of wedding speculation since Pitt's divorce from Jennifer Aniston was finalised earlier this month.

Married Winstone is currently working with Jolie on the movie adaptation of the epic Beowulf poems.

He says, 'She's getting married isn't she? Yes she is.'

Madonna is defending her decision to include 9-year-old daughter Lourdes and 4-year-old son Rocco in her new documentary, 'I'm Going to Tell You a Secret,' which debuts Friday on MTV. The suddenly ubiquitous pop icon tells MTV that while she doesn't want to exploit her dairy- and pop culture-deprived offspring, the film 'would be a lie' if they weren't in it. 'It's a fine line to walk,' says Madonna, who explains that the footage with Lourdes and Rocco was filmed by a family friend, so 'everyone was very comfortable. Honestly, they didn't even know [the cameraman] was there. They just sort of behaved as they normally do.'

One person who probably won't be TiVo-ing Madonna's latest intimate portrait is Jon Bon Jovi, who takes issue with stars who expose their children to the public eye. 'She can say what she likes but Madonna takes those kids out to every premiere she ever goes to,' the follically challenged rocker and father of four rails to the London Mirror. 'These kids have done nothing and yet we all know what they look like? It's crazy, man, but each to their own.' (In Madonna's defense, neither Lourdes nor Rocco has accompanied her on her recent promotional pit stops). Brags Bon Jovi, 'My kids don't have security guards outside their school because no one knows what they look like. And that's the way I'm going to keep it.'

Charmed actress Rose McGowan made a sudden departure – in handcuffs – from a Hollywood nightclub Tuesday, but it may have been a misunderstanding, New York's Daily News reports.

McGowan, who was at The Vanguard club for a bash sponsored by T-Mobile, was on the dance floor when she was surrounded by security guards who briefly handcuffed her and escorted her from the club.

A witness told the Daily News that McGowan 'was having a spirited time on the dance floor' and appeared to be doing something with her keys that led to the intervention by security guards.

But Dominique Appel, a rep for McGowan, tells the paper that the actress was uncomfortable with a man who was standing too close to her, and she asked him to move. 'Words were exchanged,' Appel said. 'It happened he was a security guard. She was handcuffed and taken outside.'

McGowan was detained, Appel said, but when the club realized what was happening, she was quickly released

Courtney Cox's brother-in-law, Alexis Arquette, is to have a sex change live on TV.
Actor Alexis - brother of Courtney's husband David Arquette - will be filmed having the surgery over the next two months.

The Arquette family - including David and actress sister Patricia - are also set to star in the two-hour special, broadcast by American TV network A+E.
An A+E spokesperson revealed: 'In becoming a woman, Alexis is going through what I'd call the ultimate life transformation.

'We have exclusive access to Alexis as he goes through the process.'

A friend of Alexis, Craig Chester, joked: 'If he does get his sex change, I want his penis surgically implanted on me. It's pretty huge.'
Alexis - who sometimes uses the name Eva Destruction - is to be filmed undergoing therapy sessions before having hormone injections and then the operation.
The flamboyant star once upset Courtney Cox by revealing the sex of her unborn child on TV. He let slip the 'Friends' beauty was expecting a girl three months before she and husband David made their official announcement.

Every day another new tidbit arrives in the press about the dissolution of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's marriage. At this point, it's gotten almost ridiculous that the couple is still trying to maintain their charade of relationship. But until they admit that it's over, the gossips and the paparazzi will continue to try and get them to break down. We here at the Bosh are committed to doing our part to tear Nick and Jessica apart. So without any further ado, here's today's evidence that the 'Newlyweds' are on the way to becoming 'Newlydivorceds.'

Page Six is claiming that Jessica is now living with her assistant Cacee Cobb and that Cacee and papa Joe will be accompanying Jess on a charity trip to Africa, sans Nick. The trip will allow Jessica to perfect her Angelina Jolie impression as a spokesperson for the charity Operation Smile. Meanwhile, Simpson pal, Bam Margera, has told Us Weekly that Nick and Jessica have indeed split. Margera was protective of Simpson months ago when his ex-girlfriend and father claimed the two had had an affair. Bam, of course, denied the allegations. He must have had some change of heart, since he's now giving away the singer's secrets. Could Jessica have broken his 'Jackass' heart?

British newspaper The Sun reports that Tom Cruise has talked pal Georgio Armani into creating a vintage satin wedding gown for his pregnant bride-to-be Katie Holmes, who apparently has little to do besides show up for the dress fittings. A source tells The Sun, 'It seems Tom has a very clear idea of what he wants for the ceremony.'



He actually likes to plan weddings? Just another piece of proof that Tom Cruise is not straight.
