I am so depressed that a staples is there. I had 3 birthday parties there. I loved the tilta world.

I was so sad when it closed. I was in denial

the pony rides?? I dont think I remember those.

Remember Nunley's in Freeport? Jolly Rogers? How about when Atari 2600 had the most awesome effects?

Stacey, I used to go to ALL the places you did (Levittown Roller Rink, Rocky Horror, The Pike). Do you know Steve Siccurelli, Pete Lasiak or Mike Boland from Levittown?

I also used to hang out at Trixx and Hammerheads/February's.

IrishTracy I am a metalhead too, and I LOOOOOOVE Sebastian Bach! My FH has satellite radio and they have a station that plays all 80's music, it's great!

This has to be one of the best threads--

oh the memories - I loved the 80's

I did not see boom boxes mentioned. Early 80's we used to carry them all over the place.

The parachute pants that had the zippers on the sides when opened there would be another color.

Miller quickies ....

mid -80 ' s when everyone started wearing short hair cuts with the gel slicking back the sides.
