Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

The Fox Hollow won't allow me in the Garden Terrace Ballroom because I cannot guarantee the numbers. How is the Briar Fox room? Is anyone having their reception there? The room seemed small, especially compared to the Garden Terrace? The dance floor seemed small too. I will probably have about 180 people. What do you guys think? HOw is the room for the reception?

180 is what my friend has to garantee for the garden terrace ballroom but she is having her wedding on a sunday night. if she wanted a sat night she would've had to have 220 people. maybe that is why they wont let you have that room.

umm i thinki 180 in the briar fox room would be tooo cramped. i think the max in that room is like 150

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

My cousin is getting married in the Winter Garden room ... can someone tell me if the Fox Hollow uses round or oval tables in that room? Also, what is the max number of people in that room?

Thanks!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

I am getting married in the Garden terrace but i am in winter and my minimum is about that: 180. I think it depends on the time of year and night.

The Fox Hollow uses round itables n the winter garden and oval in Briar Fox and Garden Terrace.

Hope this helps!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

I have an 80 minimum and am having my reception in the Briar Fox room. I asked if I can have round tables instead of the long ovals and Frank said we could.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

Hi ladies!!

Just wanted to say I had my final meeting with Fox Hollow this past weekend and am so excited!! We met with Jennifer, she's a sweetheart. We picked out our menu and linens and are just ready to get married!

They were touching up all the rooms when we arrived...repainting certain areas to make everything brighter..and the gardens looked beautiful. I also got to see our room (garden terrace) set up for a wedding later that day. It was so exciting to see it again after a year!! I can't wait!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

Thanks!!!

Is it bad that I don't remember a lot?? Everything looked so great. I have my folder at home with all my choices but off hand i know that we picked the ceasar salad for the salad, the strawberries l'orange, and our cake will be cannolli and chocolate pudding (half and half with vanilla cake).

As far as the hot stations...fried calamari, hawaiian chicken (had this at the watermill and loved it), sirloin tips, seafood scampi, penne ala vodka, hmmm what else. We have the two greek stations (spanacopita and mousakka i think), sushi, fajita station...there is more but i can't think right now!! Lol. Of course there is the stuff that is all included-the cheeses/breads/fruits etc...

Man i am so excited!!!!

ps-forget to add..linens are just all ivory. Our centerpieces have a lot of peaches and corals so i thought it looked nice:) And against the burgundy chairs the ivory looks great. Thats how the room was set up when we got there!
