Ok so I just called the Fox Hollow.. For those of you that booked with Charlie Glad who is no longer there.. I found out that they need to put you in contact with another banquet manager. I also found out that they are not planning on doing the big food tasing thing this year!!

I had to leave a message for another BM named Ron and I hope he gets back to me soon.

See I dont think I need the PWP cause I have all my vendors booked already... right??

Update: I have not received a call back from Ron yet.. It has been the weekend so I am hoping that he will call tomorrow.... We'll see!!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

Question for past Fox Hollow brides...

How many people can you fit at the round tables. When I booked the guy told me up to 12. . . is this true or is it too tight?

12 is tight - 10 is safer!

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

winter garden pavilion girls-How many people did everyone have at their reception? we were told we coulld have up to 155. Right now we have 148 on our list and just found out some out of country family of my FH's wants to come- his parents hadn't intended on inviting them, but you cant really say no if they are willing to travel from Rio. So I am a little worried about space. Not that every single person will show up, but Im still a little worried.

We had a total of 137 guests - 13 tables in total. I wouldn't go more than the 13 tables as you lose space on the dancefloor.

You can put 12 people per table comfortably - which would mean you'd have 155/156 in total - MAX.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

Yay for next weekend's brides!

Anyone else going to the showcase on 3/28?
This is the food/tour of the kitchen showcase.

If you haven't already RSVPd, call PWP or Fox Hollow.

Hollie- it was a 'front of the house' tour only!
No kitchen, no hot food- just passed hor d'oeurves and drinks.

It was still nice to see the place though.
