Does anyone know when the next Fox Hollow showcase is?

Last time, it was just too crowded to enjoy anything. We plan on getting there really early next time.

It was in March, I think....so do we have to wait til March again for another?

Yeah I hope they have another soon...I really wanted my mom to taste the food and we totally bi-passed the room that had all the main food the last time...

me too! FH had planned on going with my parents and his parents and it we would have been able to see the way everything looks in march, since we're getting married in march, but my mother wasn't feeling well and was subsequently rushed to the hospital that night!

If the next one is in march I'm hoping that doesn't happen again!

Help!

I just got a call from the Fox Hollow Inn, where a space a room for my after party...

A man just called me, he's apparently the new social director, and told me that we weren't allowed to serve alchohol at the afterparty! ***! When I signed the contract, they gave me offerings for the bar service, so this wasn't always the case. I am trying to fight this (this may be where I go bridezilla) but in the meantime, my stomach is in knots.

Have any of you had an after party at the fox hollow, anything i should be aware of?

Also, any suggestions for other places in the area that might work instead. Our wedding ends at 630, so i'd like my guest to have a place to go afterwards.

I was supposed to meet with Jen, but I met with Karen instead, Joe Bruno sat in on our meeting. At your next-to final meeting you select your menu - your cocktail stations, your appetizer, your salad, your dessert, and your cake. You make any special requests that you may have. You tell them the names of all of your vendors. You pick up your place cards. You get a blank guest list, floor plan, table numbers, assignments, etc, and a blank vendor information sheet. You have to turn everything in at your final meeting.
