OOOOOH me too me too! I wanted to do something like that...I didn't even realize there was a mantle in there (duh!). Now I will!

Hello everyone! I'm new to this site, so bare with me. I'm getting married at Westbury Manor on June 4th. I'm also from Arizona, therefore have never attended a NY wedding. So any advice or recommendations that you have, please feel free to share with me.

The library is for weddings in the garden room, so only my guests will be in there. I'm sure they won't have a problem with it, but I'll make it a point to ask...

eroxgirl- I would definitley ask about the pictures on the mantle. My Wedding is in the manor room but depending on weather my cocktail hour will be in the library. Therfore depending on the time of your wedding and if there is another wedding going on they may not let you. But I would definitely ask!

When do you go over the menue and linnens? If I remember right it is 6 weeks but both my FI and I will be away at our BP parties. HEs going the third week in APril and Im gone the last week. Do you think I should call an dtry to get the apointment a little earlier. How early did they call you and do they make appoinments on the weekend

I don't know why they took down the ones they had. They should have left them up and replaced them when the new ones were ready
