hair and makeup for March 2004 wedding

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can come to my house the morning of my wedding to do my hair and makeup - as well as hair only for 4 bridesmaids, my mom, possibly MIL also. I'm in Nassau Co. and the ceremony starts at 12:30, so this would be a very early appointment! I also have an extremely tight budget for this right now, (since I blew my budget on the dress!) so any moderately priced packages or recommendations would be greatly appreciated - Thanks so much!
