Lawyer/Law school girls - How much did you study for the MPRE before you took it?

Just curious...I have it tomorrow and I have barely studied for it yet -

Study? We were supposed to study for that?

Honestly, I took a course one night (I think it was BarBri) and did practice exams for about a week beforehand. That was about it. And I scored fairly high (over the required number in all the states I think). If you feel comfortable with it, don't worry. Just do some practice exams and see where you're having trouble.

I took the bar bri course and studied their outline and did two practice tests in the book
the more questions you do the easier the exam is

I took the BarBri course and then read through the outline a couple of times while my mom drove me to the exam. But I took it two-three years ago. Hasn't the format changed since then?

I dont think the format has changed - they are going to change it in March 2004 - but I only think the content is changing. They did make the pass rate higher though. NY is now 85 -

THe only reason why I am stressing is because the last time it was administered there was some type of fluke and a bunch of people that I know failed.

I took the barbri review - i am doing the questions now - and will read the convisor mini-review tonight.

read the outline twice and do the 25 questions on the website from the information book

it doesnt change till 04

I didn't really study, just did practice questions over and over. I was outta there in about 45 mins. Studying didn't help, just knowing what 'answer' they were looking for.

I didn't study all that much, but did a bunch of practice questions and took the 1 day BARBRI course. I took the one right before they increased the passage rate and supposedly it was the hardest one ever given b/c they knew so many people were taking it b/c of the grade increase. I walked out of there knowing that I failed, but I ended up passing with a good enough score for the other states also. Remember that this exam is curved.

I HARDLY studied at all..like the weekend before was about it and I did fine.

It Went! - I'm convinced I failed - so chances are I am taking it in March again. I didnt study all that much but everyone I know agrees that it was actually a bit tough. There was an overflow of people taking it since they are changing it in March ( had to go to Pratt University in Brooklyn)-so i think they made it 'harder' this time.

Just have to wait and see- i'm not so much stressed about it - just dont want to have to deal with it in March since I am taking the Patent Bar in April.
