childcare issues
I got a bombshell phone call from my babysitter today. She can no longer watch Emma because she says it is too much of a strain on her own children. She has been watching Emma for 2 months now and has been wonderful. I am absolutely devastated and have been crying all day. I found this woman through a friend and dont even know where to begin to look. Does anybody have any suggestions? I need all the help I can get.

Re: childcare issues
Is she giving you time to find a new sitter? Perhaps a daycare center is a better idea- that way you don't get a call like this.I would think this is a very stressful thing to deal with. I am sure you will find a solution.

If you live anywhere near oceanside, I would recommend the JCC there. They are great...a bit expensive though.
Julianne has been going there since she is 7 months old...they take them at 2 months...
