Re: Easy Chicken Curry recipe?

AHA! You came ot the rigth place!

SAute 1 chopped yellow onlion in a deep pan, untill golden brown (about10min)

add 1/4 teaspoon curry powder and mix together, sautee another 30seconds or so ( you can add more or less depending on how spicy you want it, 1/4 of teaspoon is moderate)

add 1/4 cup dry red wine, 1/4 cup tomato juice & 1 teaspoon of chutney, sautee together for 2 minutes to combine the flavors

Add 2 large chicken breast cut in small cubes, add salt to taste.

Cook for about 7-10 minutes or till the chicken is cooked. Serve with plain white rice and chopped clivers of chives ( don't skip the chives, really enhances the flavor)

Voila! ENJOY!

Re: Easy Chicken Curry recipe?

I just wanted to say if you can get to an Indian grocery store you can buy prepared chicken curry powder in a box and just follow the recipe on the box. With the ones that I have you just need to add ginger, garlic, onions and chicken and it's delicious.
