Are you wearing your Rings on your honeymoon?

I was thinking of purchasing inexpensive plain silver rings to go on the honeymoon with. I just don't feel comfortable traveling with thousands of dollars on my finger.

I wore mine the whole time. There was ONE time I put my ering in the safe (but later realized I didn't really have to). The rooms have safe and just make sure you have insurance

We already got the insurance on the wedding bands & we plan to wear them.

I'm not wearing ANY jewelry on our honeymoon.

Everytime my MIL goes to Paris (she goes about once a year), she gets pickpocketed. She never looses he rings, but why be a target? It's just my personal preference, on vacation, I'm brain dead, so knowing me, I'd loose something!

Whenever I travel, I never bring my jewelry (e-ring, necklace, earrings, nada), it's too much to worry about.

If I bring anything, it'll be some cheaper stuff like silver or something, but NO Diamonds.

We have insurance on everything that's valuable, but I'd rather not worry about it. That's just me.

I was also concerned at first but in speaking to my other friends, everyone wears them so also wore mine rings on the entire honeymoon - beach, swimming, jet skiing, catamarans, etc. and no problems whatsoever.

I wore them, the entire time. When we were oln our honeymkon, we couldn't even get the rings off of our fingers, since our fingers swelled with the humidity.

I figure, If I can wear my ring in the subway, I can wear them on my honeymoon. Why not?

FH wants me to leave the engagement ring home and just wear the wedding band. So, we still haven't come to an agreement because, of course, I want to wear both! I guess it is just a matter of choice.

I wore my ring the entire time. I had to take off my e-ring (I wear it on my right hand because the e-ring doesn't fit on the same finger as my wedding band) because my fingers were so swollen I could not get the ring on. When I went swimming I did leave it in the safe. I was afraid of it slipping off my finger.

I am concerned about wearing my rings on my HM but I know I will feel lost without them. I have two wedding bands so I think I will wear my band that matches FH's and leave my e-ring and diamond wedding band at home. I would be crushed if I lost them. Better to be safe than sorry. My Best friend lost her e-ring when she was on vacation in Myrtle Beach shortly after her wedding. She is still sick over it.

I am definately wearing mine. A few years ago, I went on vacation to Jamaica...I didn't want to bring any jewerly...so I only had a pair of crappy earrings and a watch. When I got home...my apartment had been broken into and they took all my jewelry...along with my computer and a bunch of other things. Even though I had renters insurance, it didn't cover the amount of the jewerly lost. So...all I had left was the crappy earring that I took with me. Since then...I always take good stuff with me on vacation...if I'm going to lose it, I want to know about it!!!

i bought a cheap silver one to wear to tahiti .. and i totally regret it. everyone was wearing their rings and i missed mine so much. just wear it but remember to be careful!

i plan on wearing mine. yeah i worry but whats th epoint of having one if I have to worry all the time. I have insurance so... Dont worry, you will be married, enjoy your ring!!!
