How do you let people know about hotels in your STD?

We are getting married at East WInds and they only have 50 rooms, so we want to let people know that they have to book early.. How do I add that to my STD's?

You can have the hotel send you direction cards that say rooms have been reserved for you under ...... wedding at a special rate. I sent them with my STD magnet.

either add an extra note or send a newsletter with the STD which would include hotel info and rates and activities in the area for the guests.

i added an extra letter with the names locations , phnoe numbers, and web addresses for all the local hotels including a list of the number of rooms they are having and the fact there are several other weddings that weekend in this area - i also let my guests know if they didnt book early that they would be out of luck.
