fabric/trim stores on long island??

are there any?? I have tried Michaels and Joanns and still have not found what I am looking for. I need embroidered/beaded organza about 1 - 2 inches wide that is not 28 bucks a yard(as you can tell I am bitter about the cost) !!!

Home Depot Expo carries trim in the window treatments department, but I didn't catch the cost.

Wal-Mart in Islandia has a fabric department. There is also a Fabric Bonanza on Jericho Tpke in Commack

ETS: You can also try Pearl Paint in East Meadow...they have a wedding craft department...flowers, cloth...EVERYTHING
