Any Bridal Book/Mag Recommendations?

Have any of you girls bought any good wedding book or magazines and absolutely love it??

Like one on planning, organizing, or a book on flowers, etc? If you have can you post what they are called..

I am heading to Borders tomorrow and would love the feedback!!

Re: Any Bridal Book/Mag Recommendations?

I just bought a bunch of mags (bring a lot of cash!) and so far, I LOVE the new INSTYLE wedding mag. I guess it's either winter or spring. It's a light blue cover. I also bought Modern Bride, New York Modern Bride, Martha Stewart Weddings and Elegant Bride.

I liked them in that order...

Good Luck!

Working Women's Wedding Planner. It has all the worksheets you'll need.

If you go to Cathy's cconcepts online you can download her wedding planner

The best book I bought was the Brides Thank You Guide by Pamela something, its yellow and purple, about $6.

Re: Any Bridal Book/Mag Recommendations?

These are all my favorites:
- The Knot magazine
- Wedding Sites and Services (I liked this one better than Locations magazine)
- Brides magazine
- Modern Bride magazine
- Wedding Flowers (its a British magazine and it has so many types of flowers and bouquets)

I found all these to be helpful

Re: Any Bridal Book/Mag Recommendations?

I subscribe to Bride's and Modern Bride,
I also LOVE Martha Stewart Weddings and In Style Weddings

The Best of Martha Stewart Living Weddings is a great book, but it is expensive.

Edited to say: You have a little under a year until your wedding. You should get subscriptions to the mags you like. $12 a year for 6 issues or $5.99 each.

Re: Any Bridal Book/Mag Recommendations?

Bridal Bargains!!!!! It's worth every penny.

I also recommend The Wedding Workout... not really planning related, but it's good because it helps you choose the best dress for your body type, and it has diet and exercize stuff....
