Joined Ladies Workout express.

We went tonight. I really liked it. The lady there was very nice and actually came out and worked out with to make sure we were doing it right. It was only 30 minutes long WHICH I really liked. It also made me feel good when she showed us a picture and told us how she lost 80 pounds from doing this. its only 34.95 a month I didnt think that was to shabby. They have places all over the states Puerto Rico and even in Africa and you can go to a gym in a different state or country.

Is it the same as Curves I think Same concept. The lady there toldus its a little better (the machines are better) she said that was in Prevention magazine. She could be telling a linewho knows. I liked it a lot though. They girl was so nice and she came out and talked with us both times we went yesterday it was about the soap opera Days.
