PreNatal Yoga Classes

Has anyone ever took one before? Any suggestions on where to find one in Suffolk?
Thanks

Re: PreNatal Yoga Classes

I didn't take classes, but I did a video at home in my spare time. There are a few good ones out there now.

Re: PreNatal Yoga Classes

I continued my regular yoga class at the gym until 7 months. The instructor knew I was pregnant and adjusted the exercises accordingly. At 7 months I started a prenatal yoga video.
